Our AI assistant, miK, processes your messages to provide helpful responses. Chat data may be stored to maintain conversation history and improve the quality of assistance. Chat transcripts can be saved as support tickets at your request.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate, develop, or improve our Services.
